Clayton
may be considered one of the first Global Change "refugees"
in Canada. He moved to Ontario from BC where the Mountain Pine Beetle
is destroying the pine forests, as well as uprooting and changing
communities forever. Clayton
has successfully reduced the carbon foot print of both his business
and his personal life. This process involves regular measurements
and smart, incremental, ongoing steps in the right direction. Clayton
has designed and installed internet connectivity systems using solar
and wind power for off-grid infrastructure. With the help of his
team, he developed solutions to help their clients web-enable systems
to handle substantial volume increase in their business without
the offsetting increase in overhead.
Among
Clayton's past and present clients are: Canfor, Intuit, Provincial
Learning Network (BC), Catholic School Board, numerous First Nation
communities, many small and large businesses
in
Canada and the US. |
